On December 30, 2021, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Belarus Mikalai Barysevich received copies of credentials from Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam to the Republic of Belarus Nguyen Van Ngy.
