On September 2, 2021 the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Belarus, Vladimir Makei, and the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the People's Republic of China, Xie Xiaoyong, signed the Agreement on the transfer of gratuitous foreign aid by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of China to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Belarus to strengthen the material and technical base of the Ministry
