Vytoki festival wraps up in Svetlogorsk with concert, stunning pyrotechnics
A total of 32,000 people attended the festival’s final day this year. In the evening alone, Vytoki drew around 20,000 Belarusians, according to the National Olympic Committee of Belarus.
