Latvia rejects Belarus#039; request for legal aid with genocide investigation
According to the source, for no good reason the Office of the Prosecutor General of Latvia refers to article 17 of the Belarusian-Latvian agreement on legal aid and legal relations in civil cases, family cases, and criminal cases of 21 February 1994 to reject the request.
