Minsk to host meeting of CIS Council of Permanent Plenipotentiaries on 27 July
The agenda of the meeting will include seven items. The council is set to discuss the draft agendas of the sessions of the CIS Foreign Ministers Council and the CIS Heads of State Council due in Minsk on 14-15 October.
