Lukashenko: Amendments to the Constitution meet deep needs of the society

The amendments and addenda the updated Constitution stipulates meet deep needs of the society. Belarus President Aleksandr Lukashenko made the statement in his address to the nation and the parliament on 28 January, BelTA has learned.
