Tentative plans for military glory city status for Mogilev
Leonid Zayats said: “Instituting this title is the idea. We have a long history and share heroic past with the Russian Federation. Together we liberated our country from the Nazi. I would like to note that Mogilev is a prototype of Stalingrad. The city fought for 23 days and nights.”
