Plans to establish constitutional complaint mechanism in Belarus
Establishing a constitutional complaint mechanism in Belarus will give citizens a direct access to constitutional justice, will provide an opportunity to avoid possible distortion of the constitutional and legal meaning of the laws in a particular court case, Natalya Karpovich said.
