Belarus CEC#039; ready for referendum on constitutional amendments
"The Central Election Commission is ready to hold the referendum on 27 February. Tomorrow we will hold a meeting of the CEC. The methodological recommendations are ready, all materials necessary for the CEC meeting have been prepared," Igor Karpenko said.
